This Tutorial will guide you through Adding In-House Courses from your Company Account
To add a course for your Company Account, go to Training Management and then in the drop down menu, click In-House Courses.

Once you're on the New Course page, you can enter a Course Name, whether from the drop down menu of options already pre populated from Certificates that are in your account, or you can type in the Course Name manually.
The Autogenerated Certificate Number Format has various options you can enter in plain text depending on your Company name. (I.E. If your Company name is Universal Metals, you can put UM as a starting point of your Certificate Number, and you have various options that you can click on to.
The first is your Sequential Organization Count. When you click onto it, it adds it into the Autogenerated Certificate Number field.
The Sequential Organization Count is the number of cards that have been created in your Organization's account. It starts off with 1, and sequentially goes up. This number can also be modified from the Account Management and Company Account page.
The Sequential Course Count is the number of certificates issued for this particular course.
The Sequential Trainer Count is the number of cards your trainer has issued using WalletCard.
The last field is the Trainer Employee ID field, which is linked in your Employee Management page, which would then need to be added for you to be able to issue certificates.
Employee ID field is a field that you need to turn on from the Company Account >Company Settings section, in order for it to show up in the Employee Management page.
New Course.png504 KB In order to add an Employee ID, go to the Employee Management page > Employees, and then click Edit on the Employee. From this page you can add their Employee ID.

The last section is Staff trainers. You need to add a Staff Trainer to the course, so that when you issue cards out, these certificates can have a trainer assigned to them.
You can select more than one trainer by continuing to click the Add Trainer button.

In the Card Designer section at the bottom there are options for Card Front, Card Back, and Wall Certificate. You can click each of the tabs to be able to switch between the card designs.
If your account already has a Design Template added by WalletCard, or if you've added your own Design Template, you can go ahead and click Import in order to import a Design Template.
Click Import to select the Card Front if you're in the Card Front section. It will import the design with all the accompanying fields. The same goes for Card Back, and Wall Certificate. If you don't have a Design Template, you can reach out to WalletCard to create one.

There is a charge of $250.00 for this service.
You can also create your own Card Design by clicking Create Design and starting from scratch.
Once completed, click Add In-House Training Course and this will save everything to the Database.
